This 6-hour class explains the 10 levers in transforming culture.
The course is a combination of 3 hours of online content – which can be viewed at your leisure – and 3 hours of small group discussions focusing on that week’s content.
During this three week class, participants will learn the culture content and be able to talk online about their homework and the class content in groups no larger than 6. This allows for more thorough discussion and further learning through each other in addition to the instructor.
As if this class wasn’t incredible enough, each participant will receive one hour of 1-on-1 coaching from a culture expert. This bonus by itself is worth the amount of the total class fee.
